5 strawberries
½ mango (80 g).
2 tablespoons of rolled oats (16 g).
1 teaspoon of chia seeds (8 g).
1 glass of coconut water (200 ml).
Preparation
The first, and not least, is to get fruits and vegetables from organic production.
Once you have the strawberries and mango, wash them and cut them into small pieces.
Take the fruits to the blender and add the coconut water along with the rolled oats.
Wait a few minutes until all the ingredients are mixed well.
