  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon of honey (25 g)

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix all the ingredients until you get a smooth paste.
  • Apply a thick layer to the skin of the face and leave it on for 30 minutes.
  • After the indicated time, moisten your hands and remove the mixture, while gently massaging.

    5. Yogurt

    Yogurt contains lactic acid (an element that we have previously analyzed) and is a super-nutritious food that would benefit our body.

    It is also very effective in cosmetics as a facial moisturizer.

    Ingredients

    • 5 tablespoons of chopped almonds (50 g)
    • 2 tablespoons of yogurt (28 g)

    Preparation

    • Crush the almonds and mix in a bowl with the yogurt until you get a homogeneous paste.
    • Apply to facial skin and leave for 15 minutes.

    These masks are really easy to make and you will only need ingredients that you already have at home.

    Remember that you should perform these facial treatments regularly. At the beginning it is advisable to apply them daily for 2 weeks and then once or twice a week.  It would be ideal if you leave the masks on overnight.  

    After removing the masks, do not forget to apply your preferred facial cream.
