  • A liter and a half of milk
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • The peel of a lemon
  • The peel of an orange
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar
  • 3 eggs

Preparation

  1. To start, cut the lemon and orange peels using a potato peeler.
  2. In a saucepan place the milk, the cinnamon stick, the sugar and the shells, all over low heat, stirring from time to time. When it is hot and the cinnamon is dark, remove from heat and let cool. Remove the peels and cinnamon.
