Some ideas for your lemon cake
To decorate it
The lemon tart contrasts very well with the red color. For this reason, you can put strawberry or raspberry jam on top or next to the portion that you have cut. In addition, you can also put some strawberries or red berries on top and a sprig of mint or spearmint.
To present it
If you have guests, do your best to present yourself. If you don’t have a tray for cakes, you can buy in any supermarket a gold cardboard plate and a paper lace. It will be more than enough to give it a very “chic” touch.
To accompany her
Prepare your table well. If you don’t have a budget, make a tablecloth out of white or burlap fabric, which is on trend, and put some dried flowers on the tablecloth instead of a bouquet. You’ll see, it remains, much more original. Serve with a teapot with hot water and a vintage-style box with departments for different types of tea to choose from: black, Earl Gray, with cinnamon etc.
Enjoy!
