  • 1 package lasagna pasta
  • 1 kg of pumpkin
  • 100 grams of Parmesan cheese
  • 2 leeks
  • 50 grams of butter
  • Half a liter of milk
  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons pine nuts (can also be walnuts)
  • Salt, white pepper and nutmeg to taste

The steps to follow to prepare this delicious pumpkin lasagna recipe are:

  1. Prepare according to the instructions on the package, the lasagna pasta.
  2. Peel the pumpkin and cut into pieces roughly the same thickness.
  3. In a saucepan with water and a little salt, cook the pumpkin slices for a few minutes so that they are tender.
  4. Cut the leeks into thin slices.
  5. Sauté the leeks and squash in a pan with butter. Cover with the lid and bring to a boil to cook the leeks.
  6. Meanwhile, prepare the bechamel for your pumpkin lasagna. To do this, melt the butter in a saucepan and add the cornstarch.
  7. Add the warm milk (or at room temperature) little by little, stirring constantly so that no lumps form.
