Ingredients
- 100 grams of fresh nettle root (or 50 grams of dried ones)

- 25 grams of fresh flowering tops of rosemary (or 15 grams of the dried ones)
- 1 liter of water
- 1 glass of black rum
Elaboration
- Boil the water with the nettle and burdock roots for 15 minutes over medium heat.
- Once this time has elapsed, remove it from the heat and add the rosemary.
- Cover the container and let it rest for an hour.
- Next, it is strained and the rum is added, at which point the tonic is ready for use.
A study carried out by the UIGV pointed out that the use of rosemary and nettle together with an alcoholic extract can help promote hair growth when applied in moderate amounts.
In the case of using fresh nettles, we must be very careful and not touch them directly, as they can generate a very annoying and painful skin reaction.
