  • 6 pieces of chicken
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 garlic
  • A splash of cooking wine
  • 1 can of beer
  • 2 tablespoons of cornstarch to thicken
  • Thyme

  • Chicken broth
  • Salt

Preparation

Drunk Chicken - Step 1 to 4

  • Step 1:  Chop the onion and take it to the blender.
  • Step 2:  Cut the tomatoes and add them to the blender as well, without cutting the skin.
