1. Apple smoothie

  • 1 kiwi (30 g).
  • 1 apple (50 g).
  • 1/4 teaspoon fennel.
  • 1/4 cup of plain yogurt.
  • 1 cup of cold mint (200 mL).
  • 1/4 cup of apple sauce (100 mL).
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh mint leaves (5 g).

Preparation

  • The apples are peeled and then cut into quarters, like the kiwi.
  • They are taken to the blender with the rest of the ingredients, until they are well beaten.

    2. Apricot, apple and almond smoothie

     Ingredients

    • 2 apricots (80 g).
    • 1 apple cut into quarters (60 g).
    • Optional: 1 mL of almond extract.
    • 2 tablespoons of chopped almonds (30 g).
    • Apricot, peach or apricot milk nectar (125 mL).

    Preparation

    • The almonds are chopped. The apricots are cut in half and the apples are quartered.
    • In the blender, add the nectar of the chosen fruit, or the apricot milk.
    • Apricots and apples are added, almonds and also almond extract.
    • Grind at a variable speed, which can be increased, until a uniform texture is achieved.

    • Cinnamon to taste).
    • 1 pinch of nutmeg.
    • 2 cups of apples (200 g).
    • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon (5 g).
    • 150 g of melted butter.
    • 2 cups of pear slices (200g)
    • 1 cup of fresh blueberries (100 g).
    • A tablespoon of lemon juice (10 g).
    • 1 cup of pineapple chunks (save the juice) (100 g).
    • 1/3 cup of chopped raw walnuts or pecans (80 g).
    • 1/3 cup of brown or coconut palm sugar (80 g).
    • 1 tablespoon of honey or agave or maple syrup (15 g).
    • Optional: 2 teaspoons of melted coconut oil or butter to coat the nuts.

    Preparation

    • In a large bowl mix the apple slices, pear, blueberries and, in addition, pineapple. Then, add the teaspoon of lemon and reserve.
    • In a glass container, mix half of the melted butter and sugar, syrup, cinnamon and also the nutmeg. A few tablespoons of pineapple juice are added.
    • The reserved fruits are then covered evenly.
    • Afterwards, they are placed in a baking dish and covered with the mixture of the rest of the sugar, the butter and half of the coconut oil.
    • The walnuts are stirred with the rest of the melted coconut oil and also a pinch of cinnamon. Sprinkle over the fruits and then bake for an hour.
    • If desired, you can sprinkle a little cinnamon over the hot fruit before serving.

    4. Oatmeal smoothie with banana or banana, chocolate and nuts

    • 2 walnuts
    • 1 glass of milk (200 mL).
