Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of salt (25 g).
  • Lemon zest.
  • 2 cups of white rice (200 g).
  • 2 cups of lemon juice (110 mL).
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil (25 g).
  • 1 cup with sesame seeds (100 g).
  • 1 tablespoon of ground black pepper (25 g).

Preparation

  • First, place a pot to heat, over medium heat, with a splash of oil and salt.
  • After 1 minute, add the white rice along with 2 cups of water and let the cooking do the work, uncovered, for 20 minutes.
  • Ready the rice, remove from the heat and let it rest at room temperature for 3 minutes.
  • When serving, with the help of a spoon sprinkle the sesame seeds and the lemon zest.

  • 2 cups of white rice (200 g).
  • 1 cup of brown rice (100 g).
  • 2 tablespoons of oatmeal (50 g).
  • 1 tablespoon of green pepper (25 g).
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder (25 g).
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil (30 mL).
  • 2 tablespoons with sesame seed (50 g).
  • 2 tablespoons of grated white cheese (50 g).

Preparation

  • Keep an eye on the data! The first thing you should do is, the night before, prepare all the rice and keep it until the next day.
  • The next day, you will add: grated carrot, olive oil, seeds and garlic, with a touch of salt.
  • Test your preparation and make sure it is at the flavor point you prefer. Then, keep in a mold.
  • Once the rice is ready, you will begin to prepare the hamburger meat. Wait for it to thaw a bit, but not too much.
  • In a glass bowl, season to taste and knead well to fix the seasonings to the meat.
  • Take some meat, make a small ball and start to shape it into a hamburger. You can also do this with a hamburger mold.
  • In the event that you have opted for the vegan option, you should knead the mixture with a wooden rolling pin until it softens and thus emulates the “meat” of the hamburger.
  • Fry the dough with a touch of vegetable oil. In both versions you must make sure that the hamburgers are well cooked and golden brown.
