Yogurt And Nutella Cake Without Oven

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of Nutella or hazelnut spread (250 g).
  • 15 vanilla or chocolate cookies.
  • 1 cup of whipping cream (230 g).
  • Three tablespoons of powdered sugar.
  • 1 1/2 cups of firm yogurt, preferably plain (300 g).
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla (15 g).
  • The juice of a lemon.

Preparation

  • First, take an ovenproof or silicone mold and cover it with plastic wrap.
  • Microwave the Nutella for 30 seconds to melt.
  • Mash the cookies in your blender or food processor. If you don’t have the electrical utensils, you can place the cookies in a zip-lock plastic bag and tap lightly with your fist or a kitchen hammer until crushed.
  • Then, combine the Nutella with the cookie until you make a firm paste.
  • Make a flat or base in the bottom of the container with the cookie dough and Nutella.
  • Take to the refrigerator and let the dough harden.
  • Now prepare the yogurt cream .  To do this, place the cream in a deep container and beat with the mixer until it quadrupled in size.
  • Add the powdered sugar and vanilla.
  • Next, mix the firm, cold yogurt with the lemon juice.
  • Now, join both mixtures. Add this cream on the base of cookies and Nutella.
  • Lightly tap the refractory mold so that the mixture is spread evenly throughout the space.
  • Refrigerate for four hours or until firm enough to unmold and cut.
  • Serve this rich no-bake Yogurt and Nutella tart with strands of chocolate syrup and fresh red berries.

  • Whipped cream can be substituted for cream cheese or mascarpone cheese.
  • Another cheaper idea is to use chocolate or vanilla pudding, according to the flavor you want the cake to get.
  • You could also try adding ice cream to the preparation.
  • You can also do without the cream and instead add a little unflavored gelatin, hydrate the yogurt so that it remains firm.
  • A few pieces of fresh fruit in the yogurt cream will add flavor to the cake.
